Join this programme if you’d like support to address a health concern. I specialise in helping people with cognitive difficulties improve their symptoms and overall wellbeing. In some cases, I also work alongside a friend or family member to ensure effective support. The symptoms I can help with include digestive issues, fatigue, anxiety, depression, weight management, and brain health optimisation.

Initial 70 minute appointment
2 x 40 minute appointments

ReCODE Programme - Nutritionist Support to implement the programme
Initial appointment: 90 minutes 

With your choice of a;
3-month program: Weekly 40-minute appointments 
6-month program: Fortnightly 40-minute appointments 

The program is typically renewed every 3 months for as long as support is needed.

PreCODE Programme - Your One Stop Shop to preventing Alzheimer's disease with the Bredesen Protocol.  

Your package will include a 90 minute initial appointment followed by 4 x 40 minute appointments.  Package of support can be extended if needed.

PreCODE report, which outlines any areas of your health that need work, requires some blood samples.  We will assess your cognition with some memory tests before and after taking part.  MRI scan assessment can be included.
